Mamahhh’s Self-Care Month – Sit Quiet

Out in the woods, or in a quiet spot in the park, or in your own room with the windows open ~ when you sit quietly for a moment, notice the sound of the wind, and the sound of your breath, and the life they have in common. Sigh with relief for all you have, all you have lost, all you have survived, and all you will never have to survive. Attend to your own heart, and be pleased at all you are.
