I’m excited to let you know about a special guest visiting Nashville on July 16 at Sanctuary for Yoga:
She’ll share 6 superfoods that are incredibly healthy for your pregnancy. Bridget has worked as a clinical dietitian, public health nutritionist, WIC Program Director, diabetes educator and weight loss group facilitator. The first edition of Eating Expectantly won the Child Magazine’s Top Ten Parenting Books of the Year.
Bridget will be joined by Nashville’s Chubby Bunny organic babyfood founder Jemina Boyd. Hear a bit about how to make baby bites easy, local, and organic when your little one is ready to start solids. Jem says, “We believe in fresh, organic baby food made with local ingredients whenever possible. We cook, puree, and freeze fresh baby food into individual 1-ounce portions that store in your freezer. Just take out what you need for the day and go!”
Jem will have purees available for tasting, and Bridget will have books available to sell and sign.

Join us for prenatal yoga at 5:30pm (we’ll welcome postnatal mamas, too! $15 or class pass). THEN stay for the FREE PRENATAL/POSTNATAL NUTRITION event immediately afterward! All moms-to-be and new-mamas welcome. Bring a friend!
