Hi, I’m Jenni.

Jennifer Derryberry Mann is the mother of two little girls who love to dance through the house, “help” in the kitchen, and color on any available surface. She is the editor of Belly Button Bliss: A Small Collection of Happy Birth Stories (Fairview Press, 2010), a freelance writer, and a certified Forrest yoga instructor who specializes in prenatal yoga and postnatal mama-baby Yoga Bonding.

Jenni is the creator of Mamahhh.com, a meditation on self-care for the wondrous, winding journey through the labyrinth of motherhood. The blog has a simple yet profound purpose: It’s a daily reminder to {breathe, mama}. Through the amazing moments and the awkward ones, and in times both sublime and stressful, there’s nothing quite like a sweet deep breath to bring you into the marrow of the present moment.

Jenni’s work has appeared in FitPregnancy, Pregnancy, iVillage Pregnancy & Parenting, Spirituality & Health, and Natural Solutions magazines. Her book “Belly Button Bliss” earned positive press from Mothering magazine, Foreword Reviews, Babble.com, iVillage.com, and the International Childbirth Education Association. Her writing can also be found in business publications and on the web sites of small businesses.

While pregnant with her second daughter, Jenni co-wrote and appeared in the DVD Be Blooma Well Prenatal Yoga (Blooma Media LLC, 2010). She and her first-born appear in the DVD Mom & Toddler Fitness: Tone, Strengthen, and Play (The Balancing Act for Life LLC, 2007).

Jenni lives in Nashville, TN, with her husband and daughters, who do a marvelous job of keeping her serious side in check with huge doses of silliness.
